KATS 7000 Series Special Sealants
These cost-effective sealants eliminate porosity leaks of castings and also enhance the bonding capabilities of powder coats and paints sprayed over the applied product. KATS 7000 Series are used to permanently seal holes inherent in castings, reducing rejects, enhancing bonding of powder coats, water-base paints and other types of coatings.
Two coatings are available which were formulated to provide an alternative casting sealing technique to the more commonly used anaerobic impregnation method. They provide a permanent clear coating, requiring only one pass.
